What you'll do

• Design, write, and code embedded firmware
• work with microcontrollers, drivers, and peripherals
• develop test plans and automated test scripts
• analyze and optimize code
• document designs
• define system requirements with product design engineers
• debug firmware
• conduct code reviews
• manage version control and releases
• integrate firmware with hardware and software
• and use performance metrics and user feedback to refine features.
