What you'll do

• Greet prospects, conduct apartment tours, and close leases
• convert phone and online inquiries into scheduled tours
• process rental applications, verifications, and leasing paperwork
• follow up with prospects and maintain traffic and leasing records
• assist with resident relations, retention, and daily leasing office operations
• track property availability, pricing, specials, and competitors
• support outreach marketing and occupancy goals
• inspect vacant apartments for move-in readiness.
