What you'll do

• Evaluate patient functioning
• coordinate multidisciplinary treatment plans and reviews
• document patient progress and interventions within regulatory time frames
• provide individual, group, and family treatment, including psychoeducation and life-skills support
• conduct utilization review and progress reporting
• develop aftercare plans with referring agencies and managed-care entities
• participate in quality improvement
• maintain professional competence through continuing education and supervision.
