What you'll do

• Handle employment litigation, advice and counseling, OSHA and traditional labor matters, restrictive covenants, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• research and draft pleadings, motions, and court filings
• participate in settlement conferences and negotiations
• support matters across offices nationwide.
