What you'll do

• Partner with the Store Manager on daily operations, opening and closing, point of sale, inventory, merchandising, and donations
• assume day-to-day operations when managers are absent
• monitor store performance
• schedule and coach employees
• support customer and donor satisfaction
• assist back-room processing
• supervise and report on beneficiaries when work therapy assignments are in place
• protect cash, inventory, and property
• maintain safety and security procedures.
