AI Knowledge Platform Analyst

Job overview

The AI Knowledge Platform Analyst role is onsite in Foxborough, MA, five days per week for the first 4–6 months and then four days per week, including Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the fourth day alternating between Tuesday or Friday. The base salary range is $65,000–$75,000, with eligibility for variable compensation. Stellix helps organizations in life sciences and other critical industries connect strategy, systems, and teams to achieve operational results. The analyst helps build and refine the enterprise knowledge platform by developing AI agents and workflows, organizing content, testing features, and supporting adoption. The work helps capture and structure organizational expertise so teams can find and reuse knowledge across projects.

What you'll do

• Build, test, and refine Glean agents and workflows
• translate business requirements into agent instructions and workflow configurations
• evaluate outputs and improve prompts
• organize and curate content across connected systems
• support AI workflow prototypes and quality assurance
• assist with user onboarding, demos, and training materials
• maintain documentation and follow AI governance processes.
