The supervisor is responsible for staffing, training, and coaching front-line staff to maintain the safety, quality, and timeliness of the guest experience.

What you'll do

• Leads and mentors housekeeping staff daily to ensure cleanliness standards and operational efficiencies are met or exceeded.
• Ensures the turnover of all vacant and clean rooms in a timely manner.
• Provides coaching, encouragement, and recognition to pack members.
• Participates in the development and execution of training programs.
• Inspects guest rooms for cleanliness, damage, supply levels, and maintenance issues.
• Supervises activities of staff to ensure compliance with resort standards.
