The Assistant Manager contributes to the team by analyzing sales data and maintaining store standards.

What you'll do

• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
