What you'll do

• Support operations and work with IT developers through the enhancement lifecycle for the CCMS application. Lead process improvement from requirements gathering through production implementation
• document business requirements
• create test plans and analyze results
• maintain system documentation
• advise on applicable regulations and procedures
• collaborate on compliance remediation and quality assurance
• troubleshoot workflows
• create ad hoc reports
• and ensure production workflows align with client and business requirements.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in business administration, information technology, or finance is preferred, or equivalent education and experience. Basic SQL, collection or call-center knowledge, and PMP certification are preferred. U.S. citizenship or qualifying permanent-resident status and ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance are required.
