What you'll do

• Partner with Sales during pre-sales and trials to define workflows and success criteria
• lead post-sale implementation, data integration, and training
• advise clients on photogrammetry and GIS workflows
• identify expansion and upgrade opportunities
• prepare and lead technical business reviews
• monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks
• share user feedback and feature requests with Product and Engineering
• deliver webinars, office hours, and in-person training events.
