• Lead and manage the Subcontracts team

• ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DoD regulations
• partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, and Legal
• support strategic supply chain initiatives and internal audits
• manage workforce planning and talent development.
