What you'll do

• Direct daily onsite operations and staff performance and development
• determine staffing needs to meet production goals
• review vehicle production plans
• review vessel schedules and vehicle storage capacity
• implement vehicle-processing improvements
• perform personnel functions such as selection, training, and evaluation
• monitor organizational and partner performance
• manage profit and loss against quarterly and annual targets
• lead efficiency and service optimization
• validate and improve processes
• verify cost recovery and appropriate invoicing
• develop monthly and annual financial and production plans.
