Facilities Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Manage facility equipment, furniture, appliances, supplies, and climate-control needs
• respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues
• coordinate with building management and contractors
• perform documented inspections and preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems
• support facility improvements, office moves, space planning, and business continuity efforts.
