What you'll do

• Support an inclusive classroom environment
• greet children and families
• assist with individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavior plans as directed
• support the Lead Teacher with curriculum and programs
• communicate with families and coworkers using approved tools
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• participate in required meetings, training, and professional development.
