What you'll do

• Maintain and service an assigned portfolio of facilities
• schedule and assist with fire, elopement, and emergency preparedness drills in accordance with NFPA and AHJ requirements
• document or critique drills
• schedule and conduct training sessions
• support client service
• advise on codes, compliance, and recordkeeping
• report relevant building deficiencies
• complete work on time.
