What you'll do

• Lead and administer site HR policies and programs
• support labor relations, collective bargaining agreement interpretation, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
• coordinate recruitment with the Talent team
• maintain personnel compliance records and support audits
• administer training and HR systems
• manage workers’ compensation claims
• oversee payroll processing, corrections, garnishments, and payroll tax compliance.
