What you'll do

• Lead the sales system and track, qualify, follow up on, and advance opportunities. Own Richmond-market outreach and partnerships
• manage the sales tracker
• coordinate proposals with the Proposal Coordinator
• prepare pricing drafts and recommendations for CEO approval
• support agents on larger or stalled deals
• run weekly sales meetings
• report pipeline updates
• and review budget, scope, timeline, feasibility, and projected profitability before proposals go to clients.
