Associate Attorney — Civil Litigation

What you'll do

• Manage a litigation caseload
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• conduct legal research and case analysis
• appear at hearings, conferences, and trials
• take and defend depositions
• participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• collaborate on case strategy
• communicate with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel
• maintain case files and meet deadlines.
