Traveling Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Deploy to properties to provide interim maintenance leadership
• assess property condition, work-order backlogs, preventive maintenance, and life-safety systems
• create prioritized action plans
• perform or supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance work
• lead unit turns
• train and mentor maintenance staff
• improve work-order close rates, response times, and preventive maintenance compliance
• coordinate with management and vendors
• respond to emergencies
• maintain OSHA and applicable code compliance
• document work and materials.
