Job overview

The Behavioral Outreach Coordinator role is hybrid, combining community-based outreach in North Richland Hills, Texas and surrounding areas with remote follow-up. Compensation is $30 per enrolled client, paid only when the client is Medicaid-eligible and completes a first comprehensive visit with an AEIC Case Manager. The role supports AEIC Case Management’s outreach for the Children & Pregnant Women Program, connecting families to Medicaid services. This role builds community relationships and helps eligible children, pregnant women, and families connect with care. Through presentations, referrals, and follow-through, the coordinator helps create access to services without providing case management or clinical care.

What you'll do

  • Present AEIC services to healthcare and community partners
  • build and maintain referral relationships
  • represent AEIC at health fairs and community events
  • educate families about CPW Medicaid services
  • identify potentially eligible individuals, obtain consent, and submit referrals
  • support clients’ attendance at their first comprehensive visit
  • maintain awareness of community resources and share general resource information with the intake team
  • share approved promotional materials
  • participate in monthly check-ins and trainings.
