What you'll do

• Perform automotive technician work listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately
• diagnose malfunctions and complete mechanical repairs
• communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts
• save and tag parts when required for warranty or customer requests
• inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs
• communicate repair changes or delays to the service advisor
• document work performed and recommended
• road-test vehicles when required or refer them for testing.
