What you'll do

• Manage remodeling projects from start through completion and collection
• review scopes with Sales and crews
• lead job starts, project checks, and punchouts
• manage budgets and schedules
• communicate with homeowners
• hold crews accountable to scope and quality
• resolve concerns
• collect final payment within 48 hours
• maintain CRM notes and QA documentation
• identify add-on sales opportunities.
