The Scientist, De Novo Discovery role is onsite in Cambridge, MA. The role develops and applies mRNA display and phage display technologies, including library design and screening workflows. Its work supports discovery of novel binders and the advancement of next-generation drug discovery capabilities.

What you'll do

• Design, construct, and produce mRNA display libraries
• incorporate noncanonical amino acids into libraries
• design and execute mRNA and phage display screening campaigns
• analyze sequencing data for enriched peptide motifs and sequence-activity relationships
• evaluate technologies and improve platform performance, robustness, and scalability
• collaborate with data science, biochemistry, and medicinal chemistry teams
• follow relevant literature and emerging screening technologies.
