• oversee TechNet Promotions
• answer calls and greet visitors
• schedule appointments and maintain customer records
• file repair orders and document communications
• handle end-of-day tasks and payments
• enter time cards and order office supplies
• plan and promote events
• coordinate vendors and team members
• attend after-hours events
• organize team lunches and team-building events
• maintain consistent branding and perform other assigned support duties.
