What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations of a multi-site program with 160+ personnel
• coordinate activities across CONUS and OCONUS sites and travel as required
• oversee Navy engineering projects and shipboard alteration installations
• manage logistics, inventory, maintenance planning, training, scheduling, and quality assurance
• monitor budgets, KPIs, and contract risks
• maintain program documentation and integrated master schedules
• drive process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methods.
