The role supports electrical construction projects from bid development through project handoff and execution. It combines estimating and project coordination to help produce accurate bids, track costs and changes, and communicate project plans and requirements to internal teams and project partners.

What you'll do

• Research, develop, maintain, and track project bids through handoff
• prepare scope letters
• review and execute bids and estimates
• conduct some travel for pre-bid site walks and project inspections
• maintain Accubid estimating software databases
• assist with project handoffs and work plans
• vet and negotiate vendor and subcontractor packages
• track job costs and projections
• prepare monthly WIP reports
• coordinate submittals, RFIs, manpower scheduling, and progressive billings
• develop and track change order requests.
