What you'll do

• Patrol designated areas by vehicle or on foot
• respond to emergencies, complaints, and vehicle accidents
• direct traffic and enforce traffic regulations
• investigate incidents, gather evidence, interview witnesses and suspects, and make arrests
• prepare reports
• appear in court and present evidence
• provide emergency assistance, including CPR and basic first aid when needed.
