Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Manage three to five superintendents/project managers and oversee day-to-day operations for 50–75 employees
• develop schedules and allocate resources
• review estimates and proposals
• support client relationships and business development
• oversee customer relations and conflict resolution
• review work practices at managed sites
• approve purchase orders and manage costs and client billing reports
• assist with onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, training, and mentoring
• enforce OSHA regulations and company safety requirements.
