What you'll do

• Travel to assigned communities
• provide leasing coverage during transitions, lease-ups, and peak periods
• greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
• explain community features and amenities
• answer questions and respond to inquiries
• maintain tour paths, amenities, and units
• gather prospect information and follow up by phone, text, and email
• help maintain a welcoming community environment.
