What you'll do

• Design and manage automated identity lifecycle processes, role-based access controls, approval workflows, and access reviews
• configure and optimize Jira and Jira Service Management workflows, automation, queues, dashboards, and reporting
• develop employee onboarding automation with IT, HR, and hiring managers
• engineer and support virtual desktop infrastructure
• automate IT processes and integrate systems using APIs and scripting
• support identity governance, infrastructure security, compliance, and audit readiness
• develop dashboards, documentation, technical standards, and reports
• collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, HR, Operations, and business stakeholders.
