What you'll do

• Handle guest complaints and queries
• be present on property, especially during shift changes, to communicate priorities
• train, mentor, and supervise front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and breakfast staff
• promote and market the hotel while maintaining brand integrity
• inspect guest rooms and back-of-house areas for brand and safety standards.
