Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Sterling Heights, MI, with pay of $18–$21 per hour depending on experience. Compensation supports the upkeep and safety of Town Village Sterling Heights, a community focused on residents’ health and happiness. The technician maintains and repairs the community’s interior and exterior facilities, equipment, and grounds, responding to service requests and supporting preventive maintenance and emergency readiness.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling, structural facilities, grounds, and parking areas
• respond to resident, associate, and management service requests
• monitor outside contractors
• maintain equipment records, preventive maintenance programs, emergency equipment, and supplies
• perform cleaning and apartment turnover tasks.
