What you'll do

• Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and emergency work orders
• manage the backlog
• audit preventive maintenance records and assignments
• maintain equipment records in CMMS systems
• coordinate parts and vendors
• plan production line downtime and outages
• prepare operator schedules and reports
• support safety, food quality, and regulatory requirements.
