What you'll do

• Coach staff in hospitality and service
• recruit, interview, and hire counter and shift-lead candidates
• coordinate with the Kitchen Manager on menu training
• maintain bakery cleanliness and organization
• develop future leaders
• address customer feedback and concerns
• manage catering orders and delivery
• oversee staff scheduling and time-clock maintenance.
