What you'll do

- support troubleshooting
- complete service documentation and handle fees
- coordinate parts and warranty paperwork
- record materials used
- coordinate rescheduling when work is incomplete
- maintain assigned tools and a clean, stocked truck
- protect customers’ homes
- coordinate with other departments
- communicate membership benefits
- manage performance metrics
- report safety issues. EPA certification and a Kentucky Journeyman License are required.
