What you'll do

• Drive revenue in simulator rentals, food and beverage, and leagues
• participate in recruiting, hiring, training, onboarding, and continued education
• evaluate employee performance
• oversee social operations including leagues, simulator rentals, events, facilities, food and beverage service, and staff scheduling
• manage service standards and understand products and promotions
• monitor location profit and loss and operating costs
• build community relationships and support local marketing.
