Mental Health Therapist (Hyannis)

Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families. Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on the unique needs and circumstances of each client. Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans. Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
