What you'll do

• Welcome guests and assist with registration by confirming reservation details
• promote the rewards program
• process reservation payments and maintain accurate billing and cash counts
• issue keys and control access to safety deposit boxes
• review arrivals, VIP requests, room availability, and departures
• complete shift checklists
• and relay relevant information to front desk colleagues, telecommunications, the next shift supervisor, and the Front Office Manager. Assisting the concierge and booking walk-in reservations may also be required.
