Quality Manager

Job overview

The Quality Manager role is onsite in York, PA, and pays $80,000–$85,000 per year. The position supports RG Industries’ quality department and its efforts to meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements. The manager oversees quality assurance and quality control, leads inspections and audits, and drives continuous improvement to reduce defects and support customer satisfaction. The role also manages and trains the quality team and addresses root causes, corrective actions, customer complaints, and product recalls.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and manage the ISO 9001 quality management system
• develop inspection protocols for raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products
• prepare for and lead internal and external audits
• lead root-cause analyses and corrective and preventive action programs
• handle customer complaints and product recalls
• manage and train the quality team and set performance metrics.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration; two or more years in quality leadership; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus; ISO AS9100 experience preferred; minimal travel to other sites and customer facilities as needed.
