What you'll do

• Oversee resort operations, including mountain and summer operations, transportation, food and beverage, ski and snowboard school, events, and guest services
• manage business performance, expenses, and revenue
• recruit, hire, coach, and develop managers
• maintain permits and compliance
• review workers’ compensation and property-loss reports
• build communication practices
• develop strategic and capital plans
• and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and agencies.
