What you'll do

• Greet customers in person, by phone, and online
• manage calls, emails, and texts
• record details and route urgent medical calls to a doctor quickly
• provide personalized service and resolve concerns
• keep nursing staff and doctors informed of customer needs
• offer confidential guidance on financial options and end-of-life decisions
• process payments while protecting personal and financial information
• follow up after visits
• and capture special moments with permission. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating or as-needed basis is required.
