Bilingual Sales Operations Specialist (English & Korean)

The role supports sales operations and customer service by managing license and maintenance renewals, invoicing, collections, records, reporting, and coordination with sales and internal teams. This work helps maintain customer contracts and support efficient sales processes.

What you'll do

• Manage customer license and maintenance renewals
• prepare invoice data and issue invoices
• follow up on collections
• maintain customer and maintenance contract records
• communicate with customers about renewals
• prepare weekly reports
• support project services administration, including timesheets, charge codes, expenses, and monthly financials
• coordinate new sales activities and other administrative tasks.

Why this role
