What you'll do

• Supervise and evaluate program services across the primary office and satellite sites
• develop and improve advising and participant support
• lead recruitment and eligibility review
• supervise two counselors
• manage the annual federal budget, procurement, reporting, and audit readiness
• coordinate school, postsecondary, workforce, employer, and community partners
• lead evaluation, data reviews, and annual performance reporting
• oversee responsible AI practices and privacy compliance.
