What you'll do

• Manage operational expenses and explain budget variances

• ensure employees follow safety practices and applicable regulations
• maintain facilities and buses to company safety and environmental standards
• set route schedules and minimize drive times and mileage within contractual and regulatory requirements
• provide operational and financial reports
• ensure purchases follow company processes and policies
• promote employee engagement and recognition.
