What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop photographers and retouchers
• photograph lifestyle, campaign, studio, product, and other brand projects
• participate in creative reviews, kickoffs, pre-production, shot planning, and project meetings
• partner with art directors, producers, designers, and brand teams
• set photography standards
• guide lighting, composition, camera, and capture approaches
• oversee retouching, color management, post-production, and delivery
• ensure product imagery accurately represents color and materials
• improve workflows
• plan resources
• evaluate equipment and tools.
