Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration Technician is an onsite, full-time role in Casselberry, FL. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour. The position supports SERVPRO of Apopka-Wekiva's restoration and remediation work, including fire damage, content pack-out and cleaning, and water damage response. The role responds to property losses, helps customers understand the restoration process, and performs mitigation and remediation work. Technicians contribute to the team's response by communicating with customers and coworkers, handling restoration tasks, and working safely in varied physical environments.

What you'll do

• Respond to losses with urgency
• explain the restoration process to customers
• communicate and work effectively with employees and customers
• use SERVPRO and third-party software programs
• perform restoration work in fire damage, content pack-out and cleaning, water damage, mold mitigation, and remediation as applicable
• experienced technicians may supervise crews on large commercial losses.
