What you'll do

• Facilitate customer kickoff calls, check-ins, and optimization meetings
• plan and execute Smarthood implementation cycles
• serve as the main communication contact
• install and configure product components
• support rapid operationalization
• train customers and stakeholders
• diagnose technical issues
• coordinate with cross-functional teams
• develop and maintain SOPs and training documents
• document installation and service activities for compliance
• keep current on product features, cleanroom standards, and healthcare regulations. Set-in-place services for other products and on-site service calls may also be assigned.
