The School Principal role is onsite at Menta Academy Marion in Marion, IL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CT. Salary is $75,000–$108,000 per year. The school serves students in grades K–21 in small self-contained rooms, with educational services designed around individual developmental and learning needs. The principal leads school planning, staff development, and instructional improvement to support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. What you'll do

• Collaborate on school plans and procedures for instruction, student social-emotional needs, safety, and building operations
• support special education initiatives
• work with staff and students to improve academic and behavioral achievement
• build and lead high-performing teams
• develop instructional programs that improve teaching and learning
• maintain a student-focused environment with high expectations
• supervise and develop teachers and staff
• confer with students, parents, and staff to resolve issues.
