Assisted Living QMAP, Nights (Rotating Schedule)

The Assisted Living QMAP works onsite in Grand Junction, CO, full-time nights from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, three nights per week on a rotating two-week schedule. Compensation is not specified. The role supports residents at Christian Living Communities by providing personal care and medication assistance in line with the company’s mission and values. This position helps meet residents’ daily care needs and supports their safety and well-being. The QMAP assists with activities of daily living, follows established medication procedures under licensed-nurse supervision, observes and reports changes, and documents care.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, meals, laundry, and other personal care. Support prescribed medication routines under licensed-nurse supervision, review medication administration records, and document administration or refusals. Monitor resident safety and condition
• report changes, care needs, and suspected abuse or neglect. Communicate with supervisors, peers, and family members as appropriate
• attend staff meetings and complete work orders.

Why this role
