Vocational Job Coach

The Vocational Job Coach works onsite and at off-site workplace experiences in Phoenix, AZ. Pay is $20.00–$24.50 per hour. The role supports Essential Piece Enterprises' Workforce Development Programs within Arizona Autism Charter Schools. The coach provides individualized support to adult clients as they develop vocational and employment skills. By coaching clients at job sites, helping them set goals, and coordinating with program and worksite staff, the role supports participation in workplace experiences and progress toward employment goals.

What you'll do

• Analyze clients' vocational duties at job sites
• provide one-on-one coaching on daily and weekly duties
• support employment skills such as resume writing, interviews, and applications
• coordinate with program directors, staff, and external worksite staff
• collect performance data
• help clients identify barriers and set goals
• develop job coaching and employment plans
• train clients in interpersonal skills
• support behavior in community and onsite settings.

Why this role

Requires at least three years working with clients with moderate to severe disabilities, Applied Behavior Analysis training and experience, a valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card, and a current Arizona driver's license.
